The space

Arc is a boutique HYROX studio in Frankfurt am Main. Group strength and conditioning on the official HYROX stations, classes of up to 28 people, spread across the day. Taunusstrasse 21, right by the main station, minutes from the banking district.

One room, one format, and nothing in it that serves anything else. You don’t pick a machine or build your own session. The setup is standing, the coach calls it, and the whole room moves through the same 50 minutes in the same order.

Our principles

Nobody wants to be average, and that is what we strive for too. Nobody should settle for what they already have. We see the best in other people, including the things they can’t see in themselves yet, and we are not going to leave them at average.

Premium is not the highest price, it is the same quality every time: the coach, the training, the moment at the counter. We are not measured on our best day but on our weakest, so the whole standard is that there isn’t a weak one.

You spend all day deciding. Here that stops. Bring sports clothes and something to drink. Everything else is ready, from the towels to the deliberately small selection. You walk in, hand over control and trust that we know what we are doing.
